Digital products
Because digital products (such as e-books, workbooks, templates, and downloadable files) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a genuine problem โ a corrupted file, a wrong or missing download, or a product that is not as described โ contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or issue a refund where appropriate.
Physical products
If you purchase a physical product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Affiliate purchases
Many products featured on this site are sold by third-party retailers through affiliate links. Those purchases are governed by the refund and return policy of the retailer where you completed the purchase (for example, Amazon). We are not able to process refunds for items bought on another retailer’s website.
How to request a refund or return
Email us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method; the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
